On the heels of the success that was the recent Eagle Valley Off Roaders’ first annual No Roads Necessary Jeep Rally at Penn’s Cave, near Centre Hall, to benefit the Wildlife for Everyone Endowment Foundation, the second rally has been scheduled for Friday through Sunday, Oct. 19-21, 2012.
For this year’s event, organizers were hoping for about 50 Jeeps to be registered for the event but a total of 65 hit the off-road trails.
